Marian Rivera backs out of teleserye, wants children’s safety first

Kapuso actress Marian Rivera has decided to back out from her upcoming teleserye with Gabby Concepcion due to health and safety reasons.
 
In a virtual conference to some members of the press and her friends, Marian said that her children’s safety is top priority for her.
 
Taping a new teleserye means that she has to stay in a location for a number of days and needs to isolate herself whenever she goes home.
 
Writer Dondon Sermino shared on his YouTube channel that Marian wants to make sure her children are safe and doing a teleserye may not be a good time for now.
 
Her husband, Dingdong Dantes, is now in quarantine because he just finished taping for Descendants of the Sun.
 
Marian said she had explained to Gabby her reasons for backing out from the project.
