Actress Jessy Mendiola admitted in a vlog that she got offended when people branded her as a ‘boyfriend stealer’ when she started her relationship with TV host Luis Manzano.
In a vlog on August 22, Luis asked his girlfriend on what could be the most hurtful comment she received on social media.
“Siguro naman, hindi maipagkakaila na sobrang na-offend ako nung tinatawag ako palaging ‘ahas’ or ‘third party.’ So, that’s a given,” Jessy said.
In many occasions, the actress denied claims that she was the reason why Luis broke up with actress Angel Locsin in 2016.
“Actually, sinasabi kasi ng iba, ‘Dapat di ka nasasaktan kasi hindi totoo.’ But it’s more of, like, mas masakit kasi hindi nga totoo. That’s how I look at it. It even hurts more when it’s not true. Kasi kung totoo, ‘Sige, hahayaan ko kayong sasabihin ‘yan.’ she added.
Jessy said that she ignoring her bashers. “Kumbaga, deadma, totoo, e, so hindi ako mao-offend. Pero it’s more offending kapag di totoo tapos they throw those things at you,” she explained.
Jessy and Luis started their relationship in 2016.
When Angel was asked in an interview that year to speak about Luis denying that Jessy became a third party in their relationship, she said, “Kung anong sinabi niya. Lagi namang ganoon eh. Kung anong sinabi niya eh ‘di iyon na iyon,”
