Pacquiao’s mansion whose interior was designed by PH Pavilion designer in Dubai Expo 2020 for sale at Php1.5 billion?

Philippine Senator and boxing champion Manny Pacquiao and wife Jinkee’s luxurious home in Forbes Park, whose interiors were designed by Budji+Royal Architecture and Design—the team responsible for the “Bangkota” design of the Philippine pavilion for 2020 Dubai World Expo—is currently listed on the market, reported Pep.ph.

Dubbed as the “Zen Inspired Luxury Mansion”, it is currently valued at P1.5 billion on Presello.com, a real-estate firm known for selling multi-mansions.

There was no mention of the name of the property owners, but according to the report, photos on the said website show some frames along one corridor with Manny in his boxing shorts with the Philippine flag behind him.

The property sits on a 2,000 square meter lot with a four-car garage.

In the description of the mansion on the website, it says the has “a very tropical modern feel with a touch of elegant resort-like vibe.”

Previously, the mansion was designed by Anton Mendoza, the man behind People’s Palace, Two Roxas Triangle, among others.

Apart from their home in Forbes Park, the Pacquiao couple has also listed their two-storey house in Hancock Park, Los Angeles, California.

The property is listed on realtor.com, with an estimated price of $3,533,500 or around PHP172,116,785.

The couple own two houses in General Santos City, another beach-front private resort in Glan, Saranggani Province, and another mansion in Laguna.
