Kapamilya love team Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo heeded the call for help to animals by donating ten dog cages to Manila City Pound, Tuesday.
They made the donation of cages after Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso inspected the pound last week.
The Manila Mayor postponed the scheduled euthanization of the animals in the pound hoping that pets would be adopted.
“Mayor Domagoso expresses his gratitude to Ms. Bernardo and Mr. Padilla for the donation,” the Manila PIO announced on their social media accounts.
Both Padilla and Bernardo are known to be dog lovers.
