The fate of GMA7’s upcoming local television drama series “ Rosang Agimat” is still uncertain after the death of veteran actor-director Eddie Garcia.
The new drama series will be shelved but no confirmations yet, as per areport by Philippine Entertainment Portal.
A meeting is set with the production staff of the drama series together with the executives of GMA-7 to decide whether or not to push through with the taping.
The last order to the staff is to stop the taping until final directive from the management.
Garcia, 90, was hospitalized on June 8 after he collapsed on the set while taping Rosang Agimat. The award-winning actor and director passed away last June 20 at the Makati Medical Center.
