Marvin Agustin recently posted a set of photos on his Instagram after #LabsKitaOkeyKaLangBa trended on Twitterverse last night.
“Maraming maraming salamat sa lahat ng batang 90s na napuyat. Pati mga mas bata pa sa 90s na ka-edad ko, napuyat tayo!” Agustin captioned his post.
The movie which was released in 1998 was digitally restored and remastered.
It was shown on ABS-CBN last Sunday night.
Agustin went on to thank their fans who continuously support their respective careers after two decades.
“This is something I will treasure most. Masarap gumawa ng pelikula pero mas napapasarap kung tuwang tuwa at basag na basag pa din kayo sa mga hugot lines namin kahit dalawang dekada na ang nakakalipas! Nakaka iyak naman kayo eh! Ship na ship nyo padin kami ni labtim,” he said.
The actor also gave a shout out to the director of the film, Jerry Lopez Sineneng.
“Salamat Nanay kasi pinaghirapan niya ang bawat eksena, linya at mga topak namin nun. Kasi naman 17 years lang ako nun, si Jolina mag-te-twenty-one pa lang nun.”
Magdangal also commented on Agustin’s post, admiring how sweet their fans are.
Agustin replied to Magdangal’s comment saying that he will produce a movie after the latter gives birth.
Their love team was one of the most popular on-screen pairs during the 90’s.
They starred in many films and TV shows together, like “Hey Babe!”, “I.T.A.L.Y.”, “Gimik: The Reunion”, and “FLAMES: The Movie”.
