Conversio, a portal that describes itself as an “all-in-one e-commerce marketing dashboard” said, citing a recent study by Claremont Graduate University, customers who received a voucher experience a 38% rise in oxytocin (love hormone) levels and were 11% happier than those who did not. The happier you are, the more you want to shop especially considering there’s a luxury car or a kilo of gold in one big bar up for grabs.
