DUBAI: As part of the United Arab Emirate’s celebration of International Day of Happiness on March 20, the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai will be giving free rides to and from Global Village, La Mer, Dubai Parks
Free rides will also be available for Hatta Dam on March 23.
Fiona D’Cunha, senior editor at the media and communications office of RTA’s marketing and communication department, told The Filipino Times in a phone interview that aside from the free bus rides, free tickets will be given to those going to Global Village while gift vouchers and passes will be given to those going to La Mer and Dubai Parks.
The annual United Nation’s World Happiness Report ranked UAE 20th among 156 happy countries worldwide. It also placed UAE – for the fourth time – as the Arab world’s happiest country in the region.
