The UAE authorities have warned of a fake Amazon delivery scam.
The country’s Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority warned that the scam taps people by sending an SMS with a link pretending to be an order from Amazon, and recipients are asked to fill in their personal ID information,
Residents have been asked to double-check the Amazon app or website to ensure that they don’t fall for the scam.
