An 8-year-old Filipino kid from Laguna reigns supreme in the recently concluded 2019 SINGA competition, also known as Singapore Math Global Team Competition.
Zac Harvey Gordula brought home two gold medals from both the individual and team categories, reported Summit Express.
The competition, which was held in Chi Minh City, Vietnam last November 22-26, is an international event where highly-intellectual individuals are given a chance to show their skills in the international arena.
This isn’t the first time Gordula won an international competition.
In July this year, he also prevailed in the Math Olympiad Contest and Mind Sports Contest of the 5th Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge, which was held in Singapore. He earned a gold and two bronze medals, respectively.
