TC Candler and The Independent Critics released its annual 100 Most Beautiful Faces list last December 27 and Filipina actress and model Liza Soberano tops this year’s list.
Soberano beat famous actresses, models, and personalities all over the world, including Cara Delevigne, Park Shin-Hye, Lily Collins, Lupita Nyong’o, and Selena Gomez.
This is Soberano’s third time to enter the list as she placed 6th in 2015 and second last year.
Other Filipinas who were included in the list are Kim Domingo (96th), Nadine Lustre (78th), Jessy Mendiola (71st), and Kathryn Bernardo (60th).
On the other hand, BTS member, V, tops the male version of the list.
“Unlike most other annual beauty rankings, the 100 Most Beautiful Faces List is not a popularity contest and it is definitely not country specific. It is not about the hottest or the most famous celebrity. Rather, the list attempts to inform & broaden public opinion, instead of reflecting it. The list introduces new faces to countries they ordinarily would not reach,” TC Candler said on their video’s caption.
TC Candler and The Independent Critics have been creating their Most Beautiful Faces list since 1990.
Some of the most beautiful faces in the past years that topped their list are Emma Watson, Emilia Clarke, Camilla Belle, Nana and Jourdan Dunn.
