The Visa Center expands its office in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi—After being established last 2017 to cater to aspiring immigrants, The Visa Center, one of the top immigration firms in the Middle East, expands its operation in the heart of the United Arab Emirates.

The Visa Center, also known as TVC, has been operating amidst the pandemic and has now proved stability more than ever through an office expansion of their Abu Dhabi branch. Their main branch is located in Bur Dubai and they also have branches in Business Bay and one in the Philippines.

They have assisted several individuals to immigrate as Permanent Residents and International Students in countries like Canada and Australia. Pre-pandemic, they also assist tourists to get hold of visas for touring US, Europe and other parts of the world.

Moving to a bigger office

While they can be found in the same building in Al Ghaith Tower, Hamdan Street, they have now taken over a higher floor with a bigger space at Unit #53, 19th Floor.

“The main purpose of our expansion in Abu Dhabi is to give better service and comfort to our clients when they visit us. We know that a bigger office will provide clients more security during this situation when social distancing is very important,” said Ms. Jonnafel Flores, the Operations Manager of The Visa Center.

With more individuals wanting to migrate to countries which provides benefits like social and age pension, free education for children and free medical insurance, The Visa Center geared up ensuring quality of service without sacrificing comfort of both clients and employees. As Ms. Flores mentioned in our interview, the management of The Visa Center believes that “a spacious office can also help them concentrate and feel confident and safe while attending one-on-one consultations with clients.”

“A more private discussion in meeting rooms can lead to more understanding and easiness of conversation as we treat every information shared to us with high confidentiality,” added Ms. Flores.

The great feat: Expanding amidst a pandemic

Opening a new branch amidst a pandemic is a great feat for any business. It reflects the type of leadership executed by the management of The Visa Center. As for their team, they believe they owe it to their people.

“It’s very rewarding when we see that our office is getting bigger and that won’t be possible without the people working on it,” said Ms. Flores.

The Visa Center is now on its road to opening a new branch to cater to aspiring migrants from Sharjah area and more offices in the Philippines.

“Having more offices gives us more responsibilities as it means more employees to manage. Work becomes easier if you trust your people and you let them decide on how they end their day. If they know you count on them, they will feel responsible and accountable for their actions. And I think, people grow professionally if you credit their achievements because they make their own choices, decide and act on it. Vice versa, they also learn from their mistakes and grow from it,” said Ms. Flores.
