Newborn baby in London tests positive of Covid-19

A newborn baby in London who was born out of a mother who tested positive of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) is reportedly out of danger and recovering.
In a report by The Sun, it said that the newborn baby was suspected to have contracted the virus through coughs or sneezes of the mother. The baby was tested within minutes after it was born.
The child’s mother was only found out to be positive after she gave birth. She was suspected of pneumonia days ago before she was rushed to the hospital.
Both the baby and the mother were treated at separate hospitals.
The Covid-19 deaths in the United Kingdom (UK) have already doubled overnight to 21 and cases are already at 1,140.
