The Dubai Court of First Instance is hearing the case of a man in Dubai after he allegedly killed his friend by physical assault.
The 36-year-old Mexican who works as a sales executive punched his longtime friend at the head, behind the right ear, that led to his untimely death. Autopsy reports reveals that the cause of death of the victim was internal bleeding.
Both men were drunk when the incident happened.
The defendant claims that the victim initiated the fight, and that he only punched his friend once. The suspect is currently detained at the Al Barsha Police Station with the trial expected to continue January 27.
