Tropical Storm Ursula slightly intensified as it moves west-northwestward towards Eastern Samar, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Ursula will intensify into Severe Tropical Storm as it moves west-northwest at 30 kilometers per hour with gustiness of 90 kilometers per hour.
As of 4:00 PM, the center of Tropical Storm #UrsulaPH was estimated based on all available data at 670 km East of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte.
Tropical Wind Cyclone Warning signal no.2 is raised in Eastern Samar.
Ursula is expected to make a landfall tomorrow afternoon to evening over Guiuian, Eastern Samar.
