The Dubai Police officially announced its new set of traffic fines settlement initiative.
In a tweet, the police said that motorists can avail a 75 percent discount on their accumulated fines if they have committed no violations starting February 7, 2019.
“#DubaiPolice officially launch the third phase of the ‘Traffic Fines Settlement’ initiative offering 75% on accumulated fines for those who haven’t committed any traffic violations since the 7th of February 2019,” the Dubai Police on its Twitter account.
Police authorities have been launching the traffic fines initiative since February 7. The first one involved a 25 percent discount on previous fines if the motorist has no violation in the past 3 months.
If the motorist has no violation in the last six months, then he or she is entitled for a 50 percent discount.
