Saudi civil defense men rescued a three-year-old girl after her hand was caught in a meat mincer at home in the Gulf Kingdom.
The girl was playing with the machine in the kitchen at her home in the capital Riyadh when her hand got stuck inside.
Her parents tried to pull her hand out but decided to take their daughter to the hospital after they failed to free the limb.
“Hospital doctors could not deal with such a case and decided to seek help from the civil defense units which have handled many of these cases,” Sada newspaper said.
“Using special equipment civil defense men spent nearly half an hour before they managed to pull the hand safely out of the mincer.”
