Senator Bong Go believes that presidential daughter and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte has what it takes to lead the nation come 2022.
Speculations of Sara eyeing the chief executive post when she said that she will ask for divine intervention and let fate decide if she will run to to replace her father.
“Malaki ang paniniwala ko sa liderato ni Mayor Inday Sara Duterte at kung ano man ang magiging plano niya,” Go said.
The neophyte senator and former presidential aide also expressed his confidence on Sara’s leadership style.
“I’ve known his father for the past 21 years at nakita ko rin po pano ang pamamalakad ni Mayor Inday Sara, equally napakamagaling, nirerespeto at very honest. Mas estrikto lang po si Mayor Sara,” Go added.
In an interview with Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, the presidential daughter said that she will leave it up to God if she will pursue the presidency.
“Siguro para hindi tayo magkamali, we should pray for wisdom on how to go about it and how to decide. Everything is easier if it is the plan of God, so I think before I think about that, I should ask God first if is this for me,” Sara explained.
