Panelo: Liberal Party, Magdalo joining forces to oust Duterte

Manila, Philippines– Malacanang has accused Liberal and Magdalo party of conspiracy together with other media organizations to oust President Rodrigo Duterte.

In a media briefing this morning, Presidential Spokesperson Sal Panelo showed a more complex chart, almost similar to his previous oust duterte matrix, but this time having more names and opposition organizations.

Pressed as to the source of the information however, Panelo said: “I do not know.”

“The President has received intelligence information that shows there is a deliberate conspiracy between certain groups to discredit the administration for elections and boost candidacies of the opposition” Panelo explained while showing the ‘Oust Duterte’ chart.

Panelo’s new matrix includes Magdalo Rep. Gary Alejano, Aquino’s ex-spokesperson Edwin Lacierda, Senator Sonny Trillanes, journalist Ellen Tordesillas, Rodel Jayme, CPP founder Joma Sison, Cocoy Dayao, among others.

Panelo added that the emails of those who are part of the matrix are the ones responsible for sharing the ‘Bikoy’ videos.

Tordesillas in a statement denied the allegations, even as she dismissed the revelations as “imagined destabilization efforts against the administration.”

“I challenge him to present concrete evidence, not just silly diagrams,” she said.

Panelo could not say where the diagrams came from, according to media reports.

Though at first he said it was “intelligence information,” he could not identify which intelligence or law enforcement agencies provided Duterte with the documents.

When asked if it were a foreign entity that gave Duterte the information, he said, “I do not know.” (Photo source: Twitter)
