PH Embassy in Riyadh to conduct “Embassy on Wheels” in Dhahran

The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission, named, “Embassy on Wheels” on April 19 and 20, Friday and Saturday, at Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran, KSA.

Happening from 8 am to 5 pm on Friday and 8 am to 12 noon on Saturday, the Embassy on Wheels will offer passport renewal and replacement, passport extension and releasing to applicants who have secured an appointment through the Embassy’s website riyadhpe.dfa.gov.ph.

Children below seven years old, pregnant women, senior citizens (aged 60 years and above), physically-challenged applicants, certified offshore workers, and holders of lost, damaged, and mutilated passports are exempted from the appointment system and will be accommodated, said the embassy.

Other consular services like travel document issuance, notarial, authentication, and civil registry services will also be available and on a “first-come-first -served” basis, while also giving priority to pregnant women, senior citizens and physically-challenged applicants.
