A significant drop in temperature that will bring in fresh winds and a chance of rainfall today, March 18, was forecasted by the National Center of Meteorology (NCM).
On Twitter, the weather bureau said the UAE weather today is expected to be cloudy and unstable.
Last night, March 17, most parts of the country experienced heavy rains, floods, and thunderstorm.
In Ras Al Khaimah, a building was reported to have collapsed but residents in the building were evacuated safely.
Meanwhile, the sea current is seen to be rough at the Oman Sea and very rough to rough at the Arabian Sea.

Aside from today’s forecast, NCM also released the expected weather condition in the next two days.
According to their weather bulletin, Tuesday and Wednesday will have a fair to partly cloudy weather condition.
The weather bulletin no longer mentioned chances of rain in the coming days but there will still be strong winds that can cause blowing dust.
The sea current will also remain rough in the coming days.
