Dubai drivers now have the option to pay the fines they incur in installment form using credit cards.
The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has made the service to ease motorist’s financial convenience, reported Khaleej Times.
According to Ahmed Al-Kaabi, Executive Director of Finance at the RTA’s Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector, the service is available to credit cards holders of Mashreq Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, EmiratesNBD, Noor Bank, Emirates Islamic Bank and Commercial Bank International.
He added that the new service will allow motorists to pay without interest and no limit on the due amount. The payment process will be completed through the RTA Dubai app.
