The Philippine Consul General in Dubai has employed an easier way for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in the UAE to contact the Consul office for their concerns and queries.
OFWs can now address their concerns straight to Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes. By visiting Cortes’ Facebook page, you may click the “Email now” button located at the right-side of the cover image.
After clicking the button, the user will be redirected to e-mail where the user will be asked to log in his/her e-mail account. Once finished, the user can now type the inquiry, message, or concerns which is already automatically addressed to Cortes.
The user will be asked to provide his/her full name, contact details, and message or inquiry.
Responses are provided as soon as possible.
OFWs in the UAE also responded positively to the easier way to contact the Consulate.
