The OFW Global Movement for Association and Cooperation (OFWGMAC) – Abu Dhabi chapter donated 29 luggage bags at the Philippine Embassy office in Abu Dhabi. Assistant Labor Attache Jay Jasper Javines acknowledged the receipt of all luggage bags from OFWGMAC.
The group’s president, Nedie Bansag Toralba said that the donation is in line with the group’s mission to assist fellow OFWs who are in need: “Maganda yung nagagawa mo kung ano talaga mission ng group mo. Kahit papano ang mga officer at member namin ay nagvolunteer lang para makapagbigay ng mga luggage. Nagtabi sila ng mga allowance at parte ng sweldo nila para ma share sa mga kapatid nating nangangailangan.”
