Month-long 50% sale at UAE hypermarkets announced

The Ministry of Economy has launched the initiative to offer big discounts on consumer goods and food as part of the World Happiness Day.

Residents in the country will enjoy 50% discount when they buy products from cooperative outlets, and hypermarket and supermarket chains in the country from March 20 to April 20, according to Khaleej Times.

A total of 7,500 items would reduce their prices due to the said sale; 3,000 of which are present in cooperative outlets, while 2,000 items are in Carrefour and Lulu stores.
