A total of 28 graduates of Polytechnic University of the Philippines received their Master of Science in Construction Management (MSCM) degree last February 2, 2018. Vice Consul Von Ryan Pangwi graced the commencement ceremony. The MSCM program of the PUP Open University is a 42-unit undertaking that prepares students to be globally competent by developing their operational, supervisory and managerial skills in construction management.
