Best places to watch “lunar trifecta” in the UAE

The phenomenal “lunar trifecta” is set to highlight the skies around the globe including in the United Arab Emirates tonight, January 31.

The trifecta involves three physical transitions of the moon including a blue moon, supermoon, and a red moon (lunar eclipse), reported ShortList.

If you’re one of the excited anticipators of this lunar activity and currently located in the UAE, the best place to watch this would be in the tallest building in the world which is the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

Watching over the tower would give you a one minute advantage to view the rare activity of the moon before anybody else in the nation.

Other best places to watch this historical event would be in the Al Thuraya Astronomy Center in Dubai, the Sharjah Center for Astronomy and Space Sciences, and the Al Sadeem Astronomy in Abu Dhabi.

Fujairah will also be having a very good view of the trifecta.

Don’t miss this once in a lifetime event happening tonight!
