The Consulate General of the Philippines in Dubai will open its doors on September 15, Friday, to overseas Filipino workers (OFW) in the UAE who wish to process their passports and avail of the government’s consular services.
In a memorandum issued on September 10, Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes announced that the office will hold special consular service for passport processing, passport releasing, processing of notarial and legal documents, as well as processing of civil registration.
The Consulate General will process notarial and legal documents and civil registration starting 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Passport releasing will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Passport processing, however, is strictly by appointment.
OFWs may secure their appointment via www.dubaipcg.dfa.gov.ph.

Additional supporting documents that may be required as necessary, especially for applicants with incomplete place of birth in old passport, with dual citizenship and with foreign-sounding family names to prove citizenship.
