“He has bounced back and showed us that he is still our world champion in gymnastics,” said PSC Chairman William “Butch” Ramirez.

Yulo wanted to redeem himself after failing to secure a podium finish at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. He was also not able to defend his title at the floor exercise and ranked 5th from his previous pet event.
“Every incentive that he receives is well-deserved. By sheer will and determination, Caloy has created his own niche in the halls of Philippine Sports history. Caloy is truly an inspiration to our youth and Filipino athletes,” Ramirez said. (TDT)
