Dubai Police has added the high-performance Audi RS7 Performance to its fleet of luxury patrol vehicles, furthering its strategy to enhance security, adopt advanced technologies and maintain a world-class tourist patrol presence. The vehicle was unveiled at the Museum of the Future in a ceremony led by Maj. Gen. Eid Muhammad Thani, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, with Maj. Gen. Rashid Al Falasi, Director of the General Department of Transport and Rescue, and executives from Al Nabooda Automobiles.
Powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine delivering 630 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque, the Audi RS7 Performance can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds. Officials said the vehicle’s speed, technology and striking design will not only turn heads but also support the police force’s operational capabilities in high-visibility tourist areas.
Maj. Gen. Thani praised the partnership with Al Nabooda Automobiles, saying the integration of high-performance sports cars reinforces Dubai Police’s ability to maintain a strong presence and ensure all vehicles meet modern standards. The addition also reflects the force’s focus on collaboration with strategic partners to enhance public safety and engagement.
K. Rajaram, CEO of Al Nabooda Automobiles, said the collaboration highlights a shared commitment to performance, excellence and innovation. “Together, we are redefining what is possible in mobility and public engagement,” he said, adding that the partnership also strengthens Dubai’s global image as a leader in luxury, security and cutting-edge technology.
