The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is urging overseas Filipino workers or OFWs to avail the agency’s free online training and livelihood courses.
TESDA said that their programs are useful in re-tooling, upskilling and reskilling OFWs. The courses also provide training and livelihood programs for OFWs and their families.
“Through these programs, we aim to prepare our Filipino workers – wherever they are – to become highly-skilled and globally-competitive, and who can adapt to the ever-changing demand of the industry,” said Deputy Director General Aniceto Bertiz III in a report from Manila Bulletin.

The programs are accessible via the https://e-tesda.gov.ph/ or via TOP Mobile App.
Bertiz is also pushing for the PEAK Pinoy Program, or the Promoting Entrepreneurship and Agri-business to OFWs in South Korea, which aims to hold business seminars in Seoul.
“I assure you of our support in all your efforts at improving technical vocational skills, especially for our OFWs and their families,” Bertiz said.
