The Philippine government mulls to limit the movement of unvaccinated Filipinos amid the Omicron scare.
This comes as the country logs record high daily cases of COVID-19 in the past few days.
On Wednesday, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) has tasked all barangays throughout the Philippines to submit a list of unvaccinated residents.
Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya revealed at an online press briefing that this move aims to restrict the mobility of unvaccinated residents.
In a separate interview with ANC, Malaya said the list will be updated every month to the DILG.
