PH reimposes three-day quarantine for ‘Green List’ countries due to Omicron threat

Travelers from the UAE and other countries under the Philippines’ ‘Green List’ will have to undergo a three-day quarantine due to the looming threat of the Omicron variant of COVID-19.

The Inter Agency Task Force stated that testing and quarantine protocols for all inbound international travelers in all ports of entry will comply with the testing and quarantine protocols for “yellow” list (moderate risk), even if they would come from countries under the ‘Green List’.

That is, three-day quarantine for fully vaccinated travelers even with a negative Covid-19 test result and and five days for the unvaccinated, with incomplete doses or without a negative Covid-19 test result.
