Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade has shared an inside look into the “Common Station” that will connect the LRT Line 1, MRT Line 3, MRT Line 7, and the Metro Manila Subway.
Construction of the station started as early as 2009 but was delayed due to several issues.
Once opened, the station will connect the existing LRT-1 and MRT-3, as well as the MRT Line 7 and the Metro Manila Subway which are under construction.

The common station will be located on North Avenue in Quezon City.
The Department of Transportation earlier said the common station would have a 13,700-square meter concourse area where passengers could transfer between railway systems. (NM)
