An Asian man caught smuggling 210 grams of drugs to Dubai has been sentenced to 10 years in prison which will be followed by deportation.
The man was arrested back in August and investigations during the hearings at the Dubai Criminal Court revealed that the man attempted to smuggle the drugs to the emirate, as per reports from the Al Khaleej Arabic daily.

The Asian has since confessed to the crime. Afterwhich he was referred to judicial authorities.
The Dubai Criminal Court then sentenced the man to be deported after serving 10 years in prison.
