Vaccine czar Carlito Galvez tells President Rodrigo Duterte that negotiations are underway for the Philippines to secure 60 million doses of coronavirus vaccines by next year.
Galvez adds that rich countries already secured 80% of vaccine supply. The government hopes to strike a deal with China.
The official also said that vaccine experts are reviewing the vaccines made from China and Russia.
‘Yung kanilang history, potential adverse effects and record ng kanilang clinical trial,” he explained. (TDT)
