Commuters in Abu Dhabi can now access bus shelters once again after the Integrated Transport Center has announced the reopening of 145 of these shelters across the emirate.
Of this number, 114 has been reopened in Abu Dhabi City, 21 in Al Ain, and 10 in the Al Dhafra region.

Authorities state that only a maximum of three passengers can enter and wait inside the bus shelter at any moment. All those who will stay in side are also required to wear masks and maintain a physical distancing of 2 meters.
All bus shelters and service facilities will be fully sterilized twice a day with cleaning materials approved by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company.
