A 44-year-old American man died after he drowned while swimming at a pool at his building in Kuwait, newspapers reported on Tuesday.
The man was rushed to the hospital in a critical condition after drowning in the pool and doctors raced against time to save his life, the papers said.
Another American who lives in that building in the capital Kuwait City rescued the victim from the pool and drove him to hospital.
Doctors failed to save his life, and he died a few hours after he was brought to hospital, the report added.
