A delivery rider is proud to have finished his college degree despite the hardships due to the nature of his job.
In a Facebook post, Oliver Calope thanked the delivery company for giving him a source of income that enabled him to finish his studies.
“Salamat LALA dahil sayo naka-MOVE ako para maka-graduate. Mahirap. Ulan at init ang kalaban pero lahat kinaya para sa pangarap makapagtapos,” Oliver wrote in his post.
But it’s not yet the end of the trip for Oliver. He wants to continue to work harder as a delivery rider for his board exams.
“Hindi tayo susuko mag sama naman ulit tayo para makapag board exam ipon ulit,” he said.
He also thanked those who booked their transactions that helped him to earn money.
“Salamat sa mga taong nagbigay ng tip sa kada biyahe at nagbigay inspirasyon sakin para magpatuloy kaya LALAMOVE booking pa more,” he said.
