Netizens are speculating that Actor Joshua Garcia and vlogger Bella Racelis are dating after the actor shared a reel of Racelis photos on Tuesday, September 6.
The reel was shared on Garcia’s separate photography account JG IMAHE. The video shows Racelis walking and laughing followed by a compilation of Bella’s photos in black and white.
The post was captioned with the specs of the camera use and tagged Racelis’ Instagram account.
