Kapuso actress Sanya Lopez has finally made her dream of owning a house come true!
However, she revealed that she had to sacrifice her love life in order to achieve this dream.
In an interview on GMA News, Sanya proudly showed off her 200 square meter modern designed dream house.
“Dati kasi para akong nakatira sa isang maliit na apartment sa may Valenzuela. ‘Yun ay isang room lang tapos paglabas mo nandu’n na lahat, napakaliit, halos hindi kasya ‘yung mga gamit,” she recalled.
“Nag-decide kaming lumipat sa isang bahay. Ang una naming upa, sa may Tandang Sora, kasama ko po ‘yung PA ko sa room, siguro nagkaroon lang kami ng konting kurtina para lang hindi kami magkita-kita, parang ganu’n lang. So minsan nagtiis din ako sa mga gano’n,” Sanya added.
It was only last year when she and her brother Jak Roberto looked for a house.
She said she has been saving from her showbiz projects to fulfill this dream.
“Biggest sacrifice, siguro hindi ko pinriority ang love life,” she said.
“Pero feeling ko kasi malaking factor talaga ‘yung love life pagdating sa pag-iipon for me. Kasi siguro kung siningit ko ‘yun, baka hindi ako masyadong focused,” Sanya added.
She also said that not buying expensive stuff also helped her in saving enough money.
“Pagdating sa pagtitipid hindi ako mahilig lumabas, hindi rin ako mahilig masyadong bumili ng mga bags, ng mga shoes, not unless importante at kailangang kailangan ko talaga,” Sanya explained.
