Hollywood a-lister Ed Shertan has announced that he’s taking a “breather” from music and social media after working nonstop since 2017.
On Christmas Eve, the singer-songwriter said he will be taking a break to travel, write and read.
“The Divide era and tour changed my life in so many ways, but now it’s all over, it’s time to go out and see some more of the world,” Sheeran wrote on his Instagram account.
He also changed his profile photo with a written BRB on it.
“I’ll be off all social media until it’s time to come back,” he said.
Sheeran also thanked his fans and promises to be back with new music.
“I promise to be back with some new music when the time is right and I’ve lived a little more to actually have something to write about,” the musician added.
The Divide Tour started in March 2017 and he played his last performance August of this year.
