Talent manager Lolit Solis and the current handler of Senator Bong Revilla Jr., who was imprisoned over pork barrel scam fund for four years, issued another statement again defending the latter.
This comes after Solis reacted on Janine Gutierrez’s ‘Oh God’ comment on the actor television comeback in 2020.
Janine’s mother, Lotlot De Leon and Sandy Andolong both defended Janine on expressing her opinion and for raising her well.
While Solit drew flak from netizens, Janine received a lot of support for expressing her thoughts.
In another Instagram post, Solis took a step back and clarified that she respects everyone’s opinion.
“I don’t intend to belittle, dishonor Janine, dahil like what Sandy de Leon said, mabait, magalang, at lumaking dalaga na ipagmamalaki ng kahit sinong magulang. In fact, sinulat ko nun how I admire Lotlot sa pagpapalaki ng mga anak niya,” Solis wrote.
Solis, however, clarified that she treats Revilla as her son that’s why she got hurt when Janine posted such comments.
“At tulad ni Lotlot de Leon na nasaktan dahil sa anak niya na si Janine Gutierrez, para din akong isang ina kay Bong Revilla na nasaktan din. But now, at least I know na never matatanggap ni Janine Gutierrez si Bong Revilla,” she said.
Solis failed to get the public sympathy with some comments saying that the showbiz columnist cannot force everyone to side with Revilla.
