After winning in the 2019 midterm elections, Senator Bong Revilla is now hinting a possible movie project with action star Robin Padilla.
In a Facebook photo posted by Revilla, he was seen having a meeting with Padilla and actor Philip Salvador.
No direct confirmation if indeed the actors will have a movie project except for its caption.
“Hindi namin inakalang mahigit 5 oras na pala kaming nagkukwentuhan. Talagang na-miss namin ang isa’t isa. Na-miss niyo din ba kami mga kababayan ko?” Revilla wrote.
The senator used the hashtags #PelikulangPinoy #100YearsPhilippineCinema in this post.
Revilla was acquitted from his plunder and graft cases last year by the Sandiganbayan. He was accused of being involved in the multi-billion pork barrel scam with Janet Lim Napoles.
Padilla and Salvador are both staunch supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte.
During the President’s State of The Nation Address, Salvador wished Duterte’s critics to die.
Padilla on the other hand portrayed the life of former PNP Chief and now Senator Bato Dela Rosa early this year.
