Former Kapuso ‘Tween Hearts’ star Lexi Fernandez is now a college degree holder. Lexi graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Education Degree.
Lexi’s mom, actress Maritoni Fernandez, couldn’t help but share her proud moment during her daughter’s graduation on Sunday.

Maritoni also revealed that Lexi is planning to pursue a master’s degree.

Lexi on the other hand shared her photo with both of her parents and said that it’s ‘extremely rare’ for them to be together.
“Extremely rare to have both my parents present & together in a photo, but I am so grateful that my ‘unconventional’ family is one I wouldn’t change for the world,” Lexi wrote.
