The 25-year-old singer, who is currently in his transition from female to male, shared the topless photo that he took when he was taking a dip at Anguib Beach in Sta. Ana, Cagayan.

Jake previously admitted that he has undergone top surgery last year to make his chest flat.

According to the singer, the surgery made him feel like a new person.

“Umiyak ako! Kasi, pagkagising ko, ‘Flat na siya!’ Talagang umiyak ako, tapos sinurprise nila ako ng cake, tapos kinantahan nila ako kunwari ng ‘Happy Birthday.’ Nakakatuwa. I remember apat na doctor ang gumawa. Nakatayo lang ako, talagang tinitingnan nila…” she told PEP.
