The Philippine Consulate General (PCG) in Dubai and the Filipino Human Resources practitioners of the UAE (Fil-HR) recently conducted the second round its customer service training. The 4-module course will be conducted every other month, and will end on March 3, 2018.
This is the second collaboration between PCG and Fil-HR meant at training consulate personnel to provide a more effective and efficient service.
The first batch of training was held from November 2015 till June 2016.
