NCM warns of blowing dust, poor visibility over some areas in UAE

The National Centre of Meteorology posted an advisory on their Twitter account warning residents and motorists in the UAE regarding fresh southeasterly winds which will bring blowing dust and sand, and cause poor visibility to less than 2,000 meters until 2pm today, September 4

Those who are thinking of driving and going outside, especially those in Abu Dhabi and Madinat Zayed, should expect widespread dusty conditions and poor visibility.

Aside from blowing dust, NCM also announced on Twitter that weather across the UAE today will be hot and hazy, with clouds expected to appear eastward.

Relative humidity is also expected to increase by nighttime and early morning the next day, especially in some coastal and internal areas.

Meanwhile, sea current is seen to be slight to moderate, becoming rough at times during daytime.
