If you are wondering how the Philippines will recreate the Taiwanese hit series “Meteor Garden”, then this video circulating online might just give you an idea.
Facebook user MJ Ansano uploaded a video showing Kapamilya stars Kathryn Bernardo and James Reid as the series’ beloved characters Shan Cai and Dao Ming Si, respectively.
The video shows edited clips of Bernardo and Reid. The cuts were artistically stitched together to make it appear like a trailer for the Filipino version of “Meteor Garden”.
Ansano said that he was not the creator of the video so he gave credit and even commended the original editor for his editing skills.
Aside from Bernardo and Reid, their respective on-screen partners Daniel Padilla and Nadine Lustre also appeared on the said video as Hua Ze Lei and He Yuan Zi, respectively.
What made the video impressive is that, it captured Shan Cai’s strong-willed personality and Dao Ming Si’s bad boy persona.
To complete the “Meteor Garden” experience, it also featured the show’s iconic theme song.
