A new study conducted by Servicemarket.com that asked 2,000 respondents reveals the happiest places in Dubai.
The research found that the top places where residents feel sense of happiness the most include the areas covered by Emirates Living (Springs, Meadows, Lakes, Greens, The Views, and Hills).
Last year, Motor City had the highest overall average rating. This year, it scored 4.27 out of a maximum of 5.
In line with Dubai’s 2021 plan to become the world’s happiest city, the survey rated each place based on 19 different attributes including quality of facilities, sense of community, child-friendliness, greenery and availability of public transportation.
The five locations in Emirates Living scored an average rating of 4.16 out of a maximum of 5, primarily because residents say that it is where they feel a sense of community.
JLT, Jumeirah Park and Jumeirah Heights, which rated 4 out of 5 due to the quality of apartments and access to restaurants, followed in the list.
Silicon Oasis ranked third because of spacious buildings, low rents and business hub aspect.
Places that followed in the list include Jumeirah, Al Wasl, Umm Suqeim, Downtown, DIFC, Business Bay, Dubai Marina and Sufouh respectively.
Meanwhile, included in the lowest rates areas are the following: Satwa, Deira, Al Mamzar and International City.
